Sharp is a product of NIS Group. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you can control it.
What we collect
- Account data — the email address you sign in with.
- Workspace content — the company profiles, strategies, notes, accounts, pipeline assumptions and Sharp conversations you create.
- Usage signals — basic technical information (device, browser, timestamps) needed to run and secure the service.
Why we collect it
- To run the product — sign you in, keep your workspaces separate, generate the analyses you ask for.
- To keep the product safe — detect abuse, prevent unauthorised access.
- To improve Sharp — understand which parts of the product are used.
What we don't do
- We don't sell your data.
- We don't use your workspace content to train third-party AI models.
- We don't share your content with other Sharp users.
Sub-processors
Sharp uses a small number of infrastructure providers to host data, deliver email, and route AI requests. These providers process data on our behalf under standard data-processing terms.
Your rights
You can ask us to export or delete your workspace at any time. If you're in the EU/UK, you have rights under GDPR to access, correct, delete and object to processing of your personal data.
Retention
We keep your workspace content for as long as your account is active. When you delete a workspace, its contents are removed shortly after.
