Welcome to Sharp. Sharp is operated by Tendered OÜ (registry code 17567231), registered at Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Estonia. By using it, you agree to these terms.

1. What Sharp does

Sharp is a private workspace that helps sales leaders build strategy, target-account lists, pipeline models and a grounded AI sparring partner from public information about a company.

2. Your account

Sharp uses email-based sign-in (magic link). You are responsible for keeping access to the email address you sign up with. One person, one account. Free use is limited to three workspaces per account; contact us if you need more.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you enter or generate inside Sharp — strategies, notes, accounts, documents. We store it to run the product for you. We do not sell it and do not use it to train third-party models.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use Sharp to break laws, target individuals, or harass anyone.
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or automate scraping of the product.
Don't upload content that isn't yours to use.

5. AI outputs

Sharp (the AI sparring partner) produces drafts, suggestions and analyses. Treat everything it produces as a starting point, not a decision. Verify facts before you act on them.

6. Availability

Sharp is provided on an "as available" basis. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features as the product evolves.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using Sharp at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the product or violate these terms.

8. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Tendered OÜ is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the product.

9. Billing

Fees, if any, are set out in the pricing in force at the time of purchase. Prices are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. Invoices are issued by Tendered OÜ.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Tallinn, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make material changes we'll surface them in-app before they take effect.
